3wk silkie constipated, poop stuck half way

Hi,
I have a 3wk old silkie that for the past couple days has had problems pooping. Poop comes out half way, as much as she strains, she can’t seem to push it all the way out. I have helped by gently applying pressure to the side of her vent to pop it out. I added a little coconut oil to her food 2 days ago, and a little olive oil yesterday. She’s having the same problem today. What else can I do?

I would try feeding her something oily, like veggie oil, and giving her a warm epsoms salt bath. For the bath, it's one cup salt per 5 gallons of water, or two tbs salt per cup of water.
