4 chickens need new loving home!

Located in Fontana, CA. Chickens need to be re-homed. (3 roosters, 1 hen) Unfortunately my grandmother has Alzheimer’s and can no longer take care of these chickens as she is moving to a new home. I am looking for someone who has a farm or will give them a good life as they have been free roam chickens their whole life! Please help! (3 roosters look alike, 1 black hen)
