This is Porthos, he's a very handsome and amazing Aloha rooster who deserves a flock of his own. He's still coming into his adult self, but so far he has been overall gentle with his hens (if not a bit of an over-exuberant teenager), not too loud, and completely polite to people. He would produce truly gorgeous babies as the head rooster of his own flock, but right now in mine he's the lowest on the totem pole under his two brothers, who are apparently more charismatic from a chicken perspective. Alohas are not a common breed, and he isn't just your run-of-the-mill rooster! This boy is a gem just waiting for his chance to shine and grow up into the majestic creature he's meant to be.
