4 week old chick lethargic, breathing heavily, watery (not bloody) poo

I received four chicks from My Pet Chicken four weeks ago. All were very healthy and active. All four were vaccinated for Mareks, are being fed medicated Purina chick starter, and have been getting Sav-a-chick probiotics in their water. Today, one of them, the Welsummer, seems very off. I had been playing with the chicks and watching them earlier today and noticed that while the other three were dustbathing in their little box in the brooder, the Welsummer (Willow) was sitting under the Premier heat plate. I didn't think anything of this.

A couple hours ago, I noticed that Willow was not very active and was sitting puffed up, so I watched her more closely. She is lethargic, and on the roost I noticed that she was rocking up and down while breathing. I went to pick her up and she moved away from me fairly quickly, so she is responsive. I picked her up and held her. Her eyes and nares are clear, her vent is clear. Her poop is watery, but contains normal fecal matter (white and brown) and is not bloody. I'll attach a picture in a minute. In the last two hours, she has not eaten or drank, though she has walked by the waterer (Brooder bottle cap) several times. Her not drinking is what concerns me most.

She does walk around a bit. She went to roost earlier, though it seemed more like she was trying to find a peaceful spot away from the other chicks. They are not pecking at her but sometimes disturb her sitting. She has crossed the brooder several times to peck in the dirt in the dust bath box several times, and she pecks at the ground and preens herself a bit. Mostly, though, she sits puffed up and closes her eyes.

What do you think this could be? Could it be coccidiosis, even though her poo is not bloody and she is on medicated feed? All three of the other chicks are fine.

I will post pictures in a minute. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

This is her poop after I wiped it on a paper towel: watery with white stuff in it, but not discolored or bloody in any way.

And here are two pictures of her (forgive the blurriness of these pics):

Do you think I should try giving her water with nutridrench by dropper? I have never done that before and am worried about getting it down the wrong pipe. If I were to do that, would you put it right on the front of her beak rather than towards the back of her throat?

I have no way to quarantine as I only have the one heat plate. Should I let her be tonight and see how she is in the morning?

Thank you so much in advance for any advice anyone can offer.

Thank you. Is that at TSC? Does it have the dose right on the bottle?

It'll have to wait until morning...it's 9:00 here in MA. Do you think she'll be alive tomorrow morning if she has cocci? This is the first day I've seen symptoms.

Sorry to post again, but I looked at TSC website and they only sell Corid 20% POWDER for cattle. Does anyone know the exact dosage for this?

I've been doing more research and think you're exactly right Toddrick, thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I'm going to go out first thing tomorrow morning and pick up Corid. Fingers crossed that Willow will still be alive by then...hang in there girl!

Thank you. After a long trip to a TSC a few towns over (my local one doesn't have it), I found Corid. Willow looks MUCH worse. I separated her into her own box (it's warm, I figured she'll be fine without the heat plate), and she has been lying on her side and breathing very heavily. Every hour I've been putting her on my lap and giving her water with Corid and nutridrench via syringe. She swallows it but later spits some of it up. Occasionally she's been sticking her neck out and opening her beak while lying in her box as if she is trying to swallow, and it looks like she has liquid in her mouth (perhaps what I was syringing her). Her nares are still clear. Just a few minutes ago I mixed some chick starter into her Corid water to try to get some feed into her.

She now has green poop, though. What does that mean? I've read that that can be from not eating - is that true?

Does anyone have any suggestions? She looks absolutely miserable and is breathing so heavily, I feel horrible. But I'm trying to give the Corid some time to work. I put my other three chicks outside for a while so I can clean oyt the brooder. I gave them probiotics but haven't started them on Corid...I'm holding off. They all still look great and are very active.

Any advice? Does the green poop change the diagnosis?

Take 1/2 teaspoon Corid Powder and mix with 9ml of water. Give 0.07ml per 100 grams of body weight (orally). Do this two days in a row in addtion to her medicated water (1.5 teaspoons per gallon). Also keep her inside where it's warm (80-85 is ideal) and make her a mash using chick crumbles and medicated water.

Thank you! All the chicks are inside but the house is not that warm...maybe 70, 65 at night. I do, however, have the heat plate. All the chicks are 4 weeks 1 day old. Can I take the heat plate away from the other chicks for the night and put it in Willow's box? Do you think they'll be okay without the extra heat at that age?

Also, any idea how much a 4 week old chick weighs, casportpony?
