5 day old chick legs stopped working, help!

This chick is 5 days old and randomly woke up today to her legs not working. She has a little blood around her vent. Any suggestions? She was fine last night and has been perfectly fine since hatching.

I would suggest spraddle leg but she’s not on a slippery surface,is she?Could something have happened to her?I don’t know what the blood could be from.

No, they are on puppy pads, so not slippery at all.
