My five week old barnevelder sexed pullet is getting some pinkish in her wattle area
. Anyone know if this is common for the breed or if this is an indication I have a little roo.

Vent sexing can only be done safely on day 1 of life and even then depending on size and experience of the person, it can be very dangerous for the bird.You could try to vent sex specifically because he/she is old enough to safely vent sex. usually start vent sexing once they turn 4 weeks because its safer.
