This morning I was able to actually get videos of my little silver Sebright roo crowing his little heart out. I also noticed that a golden Sebright, who I thought was a hen, appeared to be crowing?! It sounded vastly different from the little silver who was the first to crow. Apparently I need to be out there every morning to see who is what, since the combs are not as accurate if crowing is any indication!
Also starting Corid treatment for the whole flock, since the most friendly Australorp is acting lethargic and doesn't want to eat. Hoping its that instead of sour crop or something worse! She is still with the flock, but if I don't see improvement, I will be bringing her to her own little crate and eye dropping Corid throughout the day to make sure she is getting enough medication.
Its been such a joy to raise these little a guys. I am so excited to see them grow to maturity and do all their chicken things.
