7 day old chick

We picked up eight chicks of various breeds from TSC on Tuesday, so assuming they were 2 days old at that time, today would make them 7 days old.

We have one that we thought had sway leg so we took measure to correct that. She still just lays and does nothing. She will stand if we pick her up and will walk if we nudge her. She is half the size of her "siblings" because she won't move to eat unless we place her at the food and water dish.
Nothing else seems to be wrong with her.

Is this one we need to dispatch to relieve her of any suffering, or is there something else that might be going on?

She is the one on the left in both pics. Obviously smaller. Can really tell when they are standing.
