7 week old Silkie, looks like a roo?

Hello all, hope everyone is safe and well! So here is my only silkie, Latte is 7 weeks old and extremely red in the comb and waddle. Does this mean is it a rooster? So far, all my chickens have been hens. I got this one straight run, with a mottled bantam and another black silkie chick that didn't make it. This one is looking super suspicious.
