Today my hen started curling her toes inwards, i read online and she has a vit
B2 deficiency/riboflavin deficiency.

She is able to walk and is still full of life. I made a boot to keep her toes straight. She walks around fine, but then after a while she sits back on her hocks.

I gave her some egg, sausage, kale and broccoli. This should apparently help with her riboflavin deficiency.

I don't know what else to do or how i can help..

Can someone please give me some advice on what i should feed her and after how many days should i start to see some results? I've already lost two chicks before, so i want to start treatment as soon as possible so that the rest of the flock does not also get sick.
This hen is about 8-11 weeks old
Please help me!:hit

What do you normally feed your chickens? Riboflavin is easy to give in a vitamin B complex tablet 1/4 to 1/2 tablet daily crushed into food. What symptoms did your other chickens have when they were sick?

We unfortunately do not have any vitamin B complex tablet. We do actualy have a vitamin supplement that you mix into their water. It contains Vit. B2. She already drank alot of it

My other two chicks toes started curling inwards, i did not know at the time that it was a riboflavin deficiency. So all i did was make a boot for their feet. They got worse. After a few days they could not use their legs at all. They layed down and pushed their legs outwards. I tried doing physical therapy every day, but it did not work After about 8 days ( after their toes curled in) they started getting diarrhoea. We kept them for about a week after they started getting diarrhoea, but nothing improved, so we had to put them down

Guys i really need help with this chick. It would be great if someone could tell me what I must feed my chicken to get her riboflavin levels up and after how many days i should start seeing results. I really dont want to lose another chick

Where are you located, in general, in the world? A human B complex tablet will work, B vitamins are water soluble so you don't need to worry about overdosing it. That would be your best chance to reverse it if it's a deficiency, the sooner you treat the better the outcome usually. As asked before, what are you feeding, including all treats? A balanced chicken starter/grower would be best, but you will still need to supplement to reverse the deficiency, once it's reversed the feed is adequate to maintain it.

I live in south africa, cape town.

In the morning i give my chickens some feed. The usual yellow corn chicken feed. They freerange around the yard all day. They have lots of grass and ground to scratch in and theres also alot of plants for them
As treats we usualy give them some rusk crumbs. Sometimes we give them some scratch food, such as meat and vegetables.

Yep. I am suspicious about what they are feeding the chickens since they claim "We do actually have a vitamin supplement that you mix into their water. It contains Vit. B2. She already drank a lot of it".

That is because I'm trying to get her riboflavin levels up so that she does not end up paralyzed.

What are the stats on the corn chicken feed? Does it have a label listing what is in it?

And when you say rusk crumbs, do you mean bread that has been toasted and crumbled?
I do not know about the stats, because i empty the feed into an air tight container. And yes, rusks are basically bread that has been cooked twice. And it makes alot of crumbs which we give to them, not every day though
