A Silly Question

Forgive me for not trying to chase this roo down like a poultry paparazzi in the yard for a picture. :) That said, I have a roo that has bright orange, carrot-colored feet. Both parents have pink feet (dad's a BO). Mom is my green egg laying EE (so she could be any mix of things). I'm just curious what breeds of chicken have super bright orange feet. Even some of his feathers are a matching bright orange. It's nothing he ate or I'd have a bunch of orange-footed chickens in the yard.

I've been trying to piece together what breeds of chickens made mom. Her chicks all come out with Egyptian eyeliner marks and etching on their wings (both fade as they grow up). This hen is a mystery. She has a goofy, wobbly, roo-sized comb and (like I mentioned before) lays extra large green eggs nearly every day.

Okay. I went out like a chicken paparazzi.

I'd guess mom is part partridge wyandotte (eye liner chick genes and some of her back feathers have the markings), something with red feet and large combs, and some blue egg layer (for her green eggs).

And she'll lay her eggs with other eggs, but she has never been broody. She's a nice bird, but not motherly. At all.
