A Turkey with Chickens????

I'm going to order some chicks soon, and the person I'm splitting the order with is getting some bourbon turkeys. He said if I got one he would process it for me when the time came.

So this is very tempting to me, but I really don't have the space to build a separate coop for a turkey. I'm wondering if anyone here has kept their chickens in the same coop/run with a turkey or two. BTW, I free range my birds.

I'm sure people do but I think turkeys can get a disease called Blackhead? from chickens. Just a thought.
