Air cell straight across and not slanted, is this okay?

Sorry for not having pictures right now, I'll try to get some later tonight, but I've noticed that all my eggs have air cells that are straight across the top of the eggs and not slanted like I've seen in the pictures online. I've been turning the eggs an odd number of times a day (usually 3 or 5). My humidity is around 40-45%

Is this okay or is this a problem? If so, what can I do to fix it?

What day are they on? They tend to start out relatively straight then develop the slant closer to hatching.
Day 13!

I've been trying to make sure the air cell size is correct but it's been a bit hard to determine based on the pictures since mine are much straighter.
