That run framing might be great, but you'll need to add better mesh.

I'd call that a run, not a coop. I think I've read on BYC that the tarp doesn't last long. Mesh looks like chain link fence? Fairly strong, but far from predator proof.
Where are you located? Might not be a issue for your area, but I'd be worried about snow load. That wouldn't last long with a heavy wet snow. Definitely needs more bracing and support.
