Ameraucana Pullet Tail

What kind of tail does my 17 week old Ameraucana pullet have?

It looks like part rumpless & part normal. Can’t find any information about hybrid tails online.

She’s an Easter egger. It does look like she has a tail that could come from being “partially rumpless”.

Good observation, I didn’t think she “Angel” was an Easter Egger because the hatchery sold her as an Ameraucana.

Maybe Easter egger makes sense since the genetics are mixed up with more Araucana in the tail region, fluffy cheeks are more Ameraucana and maybe another unknown breed mixed in since she doesn’t have grey legs like my other Ameraucanas she has greenish legs.

This week, my older Ameraucana from the same hatchery just laid two beautiful blue eggs at exactly 20 weeks. I’m interested to see what color eggs Angel will lay.

Update: Her tail is now filling out to look normal!
