Any button quail experts out there?

My button quail has been incubating for about 13 days, this little tough egg has been wiggling from time to time slowly becoming more consistent for a day now with no visible pips. Should I allow the egg to go into lockdown tomorrow once the 14th day comes or should I wait untill the egg pips. During this time my temp for the incubator is 100F and 57% humidity to brace the egg for lockdown.
