Are the eggs half incubated? Duck, chicken, quail, turkey…? Should I remove the shells?Oh, I just throw 4 eggs, 1-1/2c dairy (I used 1c half & half and 1/2 cup of heavy cream this time) in a blender with a splash of vanilla, dash of salt and a shake of cinnamon with a little larger shake of nutmeg. Blend that up, put in your favorite booze if you want, or don't and that's it!
