Anyone raise sheep for meat or milk?

Does anyone raise sheep for meat or milk? If so what breeds do you have or prefer? My aunt and next door neighbor growing up had a larger sheep farm with katahdins (around 100 head) so I am leaning towards those because I am very familiar with them. I also would like to raise sheep for milking, but I have no experience with dairy sheep breeds (only dairy cows and dairy goats). Mainly I am just looking for others experiences on either meat or dairy sheep. Thanks!

I had to look those up because I have never heard of them. Those little guys are tiny and have the same big eyed look mini ponies have
