Save your money. Unless it's raw, untreated vinegar, ACV doesn't do much. Even for raw vinegar, there's no real reason to use it IMO. If you're insistent, provide a fresh source of water alongside the water with ACV.
They are going to be transitioned into the coop within the week. I have read that this could cause stress and ACV helps with stress.I think it's best that chicks especially, get clean fresh water. Adding vinegar could make some not drink as much. I guess I never understood the use of vinegar in chickens water. I'm definitely not being rude either.

Ultimately there is limited research to support its use aside from bloggers touting home remedies. There is certainly no real harm that can come from it, just make sure the water is in a plastic container, and they have an additional source of clean water. At worst, they may not like it and would choose to limit water intake rather than drink it.
