are polka dot plants toxic?

Before our first hard frost, I brought in some of my annual plants. My polka dot plant is more green than anything and isn't nice looking anymore. Can I put it in my aviary with my finches and button quails, or are they toxic. I haven't been able to find anything that says they are. The articles I've read say they are NOT toxic to dogs, cats and horses. So they should be safe for birds too?

I'll let you look down the list and see for yourself. My general rule about feeding anything to any animal is...When in doubt, throw it out.
