My chickens outside have been infected with Infectious coryza and are all being culled as we don't have a cure for the disease. The chicks inside aren't affected by the disease and were born last Friday. I noticed today that a chick quickly spasmed it's it's almost as though it was sneezing. I have been maintaining very good hygeine especially after handling the chickens outside and going to the chicks. Been using soapy water followed up by hand sanitizer to make sure the chicks dont get sick here are some photos to help:

Sorry to hear about your flock.

All you can do is monitor the chicks you have now for any symptoms.
Keep chicks rear end clean from any poop.
Sometimes a chick can sneeze from getting a little feed or fluff in the nostril. I understand you are nervous, but hopefully that's all it was.
