Are these normal chicken feathers for a 3 week year old?

I have this baby chick that's around 3 week old and while the fluff feathers are good the flight feathers look really bad is this normal? Or is this due to some kind of deficiency

As all those first feathers are temporary they don't always look the best. Chicks also don't preen until they get a bit older. As long as they are on a good fresh chick starter I wouldn't worry.

They look just fine!! They look a little silly, but as your chick gets older, they'll get better. Just make sure its eating enough.
