Art tips and improvment?

Okay so, I feel like my artstyle has been degrading over the years..
I really need to improve. And I need tips for it.
I do not want a realistic artstyle - I think that's pretty obvious if you just look at my current artsyle.

Just, any tips will be greatfully appreciated
