Autopsy - cavity was full of water-ish liquid

We saw a low-energy chicken about a week ago, isolated her, etc. But she just never really perked up and this morning we found her dead.

Dissection pictures below in spoiler. The first one shows her open cavity - it looks fairly empty in there - with a little bit of standing water still, but the thing was _full_ of liquid. Before opening her up she felt squishy in that area. The liquid had a water viscosity but was a little yellow tinted. That could be because I knicked the digestive tract when making my first incision, or maybe she had a rupture already, or maybe it's unrelated. Second pic shows a viscus yellow film on her rib cage - kinda jam texture. Third picture shows part of her digestive tract, I think the cecum, looking a little enflamed and full, perhaps? The crop was not entirely empty, but deflated a bit since she hadn't been eating. Last picture is some yellow striation over towards her legs.

If anyone has any theories as to what may have happened I'd be interested.
