Got this from a caterer here after she fed it to the quilt club I'm in.... TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!
It's enough for 12 to 16 normal sized chicken breasts but I'm sure ya'll can handle that right?
1 bottle of creamy french dressing (16 oz)
1 can WHOLE cranberry sauce, or make your own
1 packet lipton onion soup mix
Chicken of course, thawed
Mix the first 3 things together and dump the chicken in if you are making all of it at once. If not arrange your chicken in baking dish, slather on a decent amount of the mix and freeze the rest of the mix (what we did), marinate over night, bake 350 for 30 to 45 minutes, basically until they are done.
