Ayam cenami hen/ Easter egger rooster

Does the rooster need to be Ayam Cemani for the offspring to have the black features that you see with “zombie type chickens” or can the Hen be as well? I have a Ayam Cemani hen and easter egger rooster. How does this work?

Also, if my Easter egger is a blue egger would this give the offspring a chance at green eggs?
