Baby Chick Breed

I hatched out 12 chicks. I had some Silver duckwing OEG and some BB red OEG but can’t tell them apart. Is there a good way to tell which is which?

If the chicks are purebred, the silver will be white/gray/black but the red will be brown/tan/black. There may be sexlinks if they're cross.

In that light, no way. I agree with nuthatched about coloring. BBRs will have more of a reddish color in the body fluff, and the silvers will have more of a grayish color. It's honestly never that easy to tell those apart, so generally you have to wait until they start to feather in.
