Hello all. It's been a LONG time since I posted anything, but I have a question. I have a chick who seems to not be growing at the same rate as the others. She's otherwise healthy, or seems healthy, but she's smaller than the other 32 chicks we received 2 weeks ago. First picture is the chick. Second picture is her next to one of the others the same age as her. I believe she is a silver penciled plymouth rock. What do you think? Should i be worried?

It's either a runt (so it may or may not catch up at some point) or failure to thrive - either way there really isn't anything you can do specifically to address either of those, just make sure it can eat and drink without getting pushed around, and it'll probably need heat longer than the others.
