Baby Chick With Bulbuos Thing on Stomach

This chick hatched last night and this morning I noticed the Bulbous thing by/at its belly button. Will this go away or am I supposed to do something? I googled it but nothing was coming up exactly what I had so I wasn't sure if it was unabsorbed or something else? The baby chick is by itself in the incubator so it doesn't get disturbed.

I'm going to say that's the last of its yolk sac, but I am no expert.

I think it is the yolk sac too. I kept the chick in the incubator for 1.5 days but took her out this afternoon to free up the incubator for my next hatch. I checked on her a few minutes ago and it looked like she knicked the yolk sac with one of her nails and there was blood in the brooder (she's by herself). Ugh! She's alive but I'm trying to google what to do and not getting a lot of info.
