Baby chick with eye infection

Yeah Of my baby chicks has developed what looks like an eye infection is anybody familiar with this if so what would be the best treatment ?

You can clean it with saline or water, and apply some Terramycin Eye Ointment, which is sold by feed stores. Vetericyn eye gel or eye wash can work also. Plain neosporin eye ointment or drops work too.

I had a chicken that had an eye infection. I advocate Vetericyn Ophthalmic gel.
