Welcome To BYC

Looks like Fowl Pox.

Is the other eye covered with scabs too? Ensure the chicks can eat/drink on their own, if not, hand feed and water them.

Don't disturb the scabs, but you can apply a dot of Terramycin eye ointment to the scab on the eyes. To help keep it softened up.

Are there any lesions inside the beak?

Fowl Pox if it stays in the dry form like it is right now, will usually run its course over several weeks. Chicks can have a harder time recovering so it's very important to keep them eating/drinking.

Hi, so the chick does not have lesions in the other eye, but I noticed that she has difficulty moving around. What I started to do is quarantine the chick but 2 more chicks have been infected. Furthermore I have started adding saline water to the lump. Ultimately I want to know if I’m doing the right thing

What do you mean you are adding saline to the lump?

Fowl Pox can spread if you disturb the scabs, so just dot or paint the Terramycin onto the lesion at the eye.

Since you have a couple of other chicks affected, it may be a good idea to sanitize the water. Instructions are in this article:
