Baby Chick's neck puffs up when she breathes!

Looking for some help figuring out what is wrong with this 10 day old silkie. She is eating, drinking and otherwise acting normally. It does look like she is having difficulty breathing, and her neck puffs up when she breathes. It is not visible when she is eating, moving, or even while lying down. She is one of 20 I hatched from my own flock last week. All of the others appear healthy.

I have not seen that before. How warm is your brooder? Could just be too warm.

I haven’t seen it either. I will tag @casportpony, just in case it is a leaking air sac.

I have heat lamp directed over one end of brooder box and a cooler area on the other end. All the others seem to be fine with the temp. I don’t have a thermometer in there, but I have adjusted the distance of the lamp as I see them ganging up on the cooler end.
