Baby ducks pooping straight blood

I got 2 baby ducks from TSC about 3 weeks ago. One started pooping watery straight blood. Anyone know what this could be?? Should I take them to the vet?? They are acting normal, playing, eating, and drinking just fine.

This is from this morning before I let them out. Yesterday it was spots of it everywhere on the ground.

Have you given them anything red to eat? Like berries or tomatoes? Ducks and ducklings if they eat anything red are like kids eating red frosting. Everything that comes out for the next day or two will be red. If they were not given anything red to eat I would treat for coccidiosis.

I have not. I will definitely look into treatment for coccidiosis. Thank you!

Corid is one med for the treatment of cocci.
