Baby Pigeons - Watery Green Feces?

We just lost a baby pigeon (just shy of 40 days). It was having some crop issues in the last several days, initially not being able to digest everything. We were advised by a few sources to incorporate Pedialyte (regular diet was Kaytee baby bird formula). Around the same time, the bird started producing very watery, neon green poop. The Pedialyte seemed to help initially (crop emptied, etc), but despite our best efforts, the little guy didn't make it. His/her (?) sibling is still alive. We noticed that s/he also had a slightly watery (we did water down the formula a bit to prevent the crop issues), faintly green poop. What could this be? Should we be concerned? Does anyone know what we can do to help this little guy? Thank you so much.

I keep pigeons but by no means an expert. My question ??? Do the parent pigeons still feed the baby? I know that it is adult size at 30 days, but still bothers dad for food. Always sad to loose a bird. Been there before.

WISHING YOU BEST
