Bantam chicks one red comb one not and curves, help!

So I read that if the comb curves it is a male, however I have two frizzle bantam chicks, three weeks old, the one with the curved comb has a yellow comb and the straight comb is already VERY pink. what am I looking at here? Are these two Roos or do I wait it out?

It can be kind of hard to tell at this age, but the Frizzle is definitely a cockerel.

Not sure about the other one quite yet. Maybe you could give it a couple more weeks?

It's wattles aren't looking like the other ones but they sure are there! Big bummer! We can't have roosters, very illegal here and our neighbors are too close.

Ok here are some updated pictures of these two chicks. 10 weeks old today!

unfortunately I do not have any of the lemon blue that doesn't have my daughter holding it lol. She loves her chicks. Ha
