barnevelder cockerel?

I'm new to this forum and chickens but from my research I believe my 10 wk old chick is a cockerel. I am hoping I am wrong as I would love some chocolate brown eggs and his comb hasn't grown anymore the last week or so.

He looks like my four cockerels; however there was a post on here (that I can't find now) and everyone said this one barnevelder was a cockerel. Everyone. Started laying eggs at 9 months old. I have one I'm holding out for, but it has the brown wing panels. :-(

I've seen some Barny pullets with combs like that by 10 weeks; however, his feathering is definitely male.
