Barred Olive Egger??

Hubs got these two gals at Fleet Farm marked Australorp. At 2 weeks we saw barring and knew they weren’t. Assumed we had 2 Barred Rocks but now at 7 weeks they have crests?? What do we have here?

Barred Olive Egger seems like a good guess. I guess you’ll find out when they start laying eggs. Fingers crossed they are females! A lot of hatcheries make sex-linked crosses by using non-barred males over barred females which makes the male offspring barred and the female offspring not barred. So hopefully you didn’t end up with one of those.
