Barred rock Plymouth gender - What am I??

I have one single barred rock Plymouth at 2 weeks old, so i dont have anything to compare it to so I'm curious as to what gender this little guy is??

I couldnt tell you!! Usually they start showing signs at 4 months about whether they will be a boy or girl, and even then nothing is certain. those little spurs do stick out quite a bit though for a chick.

Barred rock are fairly easy by 4-6 weeks, so you aren't that far out from knowing.

I'm thinking pullet by the width of the dark bars and generally dark shade of the fluff.

I'd bet cockerel, no wash on front of legs, spot on head not well defined (it runs towards the neck) and bright colors (females are much duller).

The width of the black in the barring leads me to pullet, but wait till we have more feathers to be positive. The barred breeds you can tell once they're feathering out.

I actually just got it at tractor supply as a random. I'm not sure what hatchery they use but I will ask.
