Barred with lightly feathered legs?

6 Weeks old rare breed straight run chicks. What breed could this be? I do think its a roo. Thx!

It could be a French Cuckoo Marans from Hoover Hatchery. They have lightly feather legs and are barred. Just not from Murray Mc Murray Hatchery, as their FCMs are clean legged.
