BB Reds and Silver Sebrights

Hello,
I have 6 BB Reds two roosters and four hens. They don’t lay a lot and when they do it’s only one eggs a day for about seven days then they won’t lay again for weeks more like a month. Is this normal? I have had them since October of 2018.

Also got 10 Sebright chicks when can I expect them to start laying?

I hatch them. My Mom and Step Dad have a ton of sebright eggs.

The problem is i don’t have an incubator
