Beginning of canker? Lol

I noticed my 2 year old hen breathing pretty deeply and as I took a closer look it seems her nostrils are like sunken in and almost closed up. Got her inside last night to inspect and there was some gunk on the nostrils I tried to clean off but still doesn't help as seems the nostrils are sunken in. Then I noticed that little yellow spot right above her nostril. And just a tiny bit of the yellow stuff came out of in and didn't seem like there was more yellow in there. Just looked white inside of the little hole.
Not even sure where to start here and what to get her. Please help..

Have you looked inside the beak at the tongue and sides with a flashlight? They sometimes will get feed or mucus stuck inside the nostrils, and it can become hardened.

I will re check her closer but I did not initially see anything alarming last night.
