Best hatchery to order Goslings from?

I’m planning on ordering two geese this spring but I’m not sure which hatchery to go with. Any input on where you all bought your geese from.

My suggestion. Order from the hatchery closest to your location, and you will have the best results. Even though Goslings are strong birds, having them travel across country can be hard on them. I would try checking on Craigslist or finding a breeder/hatchery near you.

I agree that local hatchery/breeder is the best choice. However, I was not able to find any hatcheries or breeders in my neck of woods when I was looking for goslings this spring. So I ordered from Metzer farms - two sexed Large Dewlap Toulouse goslings. They arrived healthy and so far are striving. I liked Metzer's communication/customer service and packaging too.

Metzer is the best hatchery for waterfowl in my opinion.
