Hello,
Soon to be new Mom of 15 baby chicks. I've done a million times of research on everything I need for the new baby chicks before buying them. Finally deciding to buy them, I'm still in the dilemma about the best Organic Chick Starter Feed I can get for them. I want to keep everything non-medicated and all organic for them, as we are raising them for meat and eggs.

Welcome to BYC!
Are you planning on ordering online/having feed shipped or would you prefer local?

Thanks so Much!
I would prefer local but need to do more research on it and look into the budget as I don't want to over pay sense I am new to this and don't know much. Dont want to get something I don't need at the moment.
If not local then something shipped to me or find at any farm store (tractor supply, etc)

Tractor Supply Co carries 3 Organic brands of Chick Starter in my area. Purina Organic, Nature's Best and DuMOR Organic.
I don't buy Organic, but I looked at these and I like all 3. I would buy the most popular, freshest. If you go to the TSC website and look for chicken feed. They do show most popular to least popular.
Organic feed isn't popular around here, so finding the freshest instead of brand would be more important to me.
I just checked my local TSC and Nature's Best Chick/Starter in a 40# bag is most popular in my neighborhood.
Click on stores in top right of TSC website to put in your local zip code to find what's popular in your area. GC

You will over pay, for sure, if you have something shipped to you so I highly recommend visited your local feed stores to see what they carry.

Here in CA our local feed store carries Scratch and Peck Organic starter, and I have raised all my chicks, including the current ones, on it.
