best scrambled eggs ive ever had

so this morning I decided to make some scrambled eggs with my chickens' eggs and oml it's the best eggs I've ever had.

i put 3 eggs in a bowl and then i put a bit of cheese in the bowl and stir it. then I put the eggs in the frying pan on the burner put the burner on medium and and I leave it on there for 5 mins usually.

What kind of mess? If the eggs are sticking, melt a little butter in it before pouring the eggs in.

Yes. Eggs are sticking. I tried the butter approach but maybe didn’t use enough.
I will try again!

We use olive oil in our pan, just enough to cover the bottom. Get it hot before pouring the eggs in. Fresh eggs are the best

I don't really use anything on the bottom of my pans, I just stir them the whole time and they don't stick that much.
