Black and orange hen breed

I have a 7 month old hen that I was told was a Rhode Island red, but she looks nothing like one to me. The guy I got her from said he got her from Ideal Poultry. She lays medium/large brown eggs. She does have curly tail feathers like a rooster, but I've seen her lay. Thoughts?

Sorry about the poor picture quality. Its storming and my golden comets like to be the center of attention.

Very likely a black sex link of some sort.
