I am hoping this chicken is a little lady, any thoughts?. She is 17 weeks. We are new chicken owners and feeling a bit clueless.

I believe I read if the bottoms of the feet are white it is an Australorp, and if they are yellow it is a Jersey Giant.

Your hopes are answered. She is a Black Australorp pullet and given the redness of her comb and wattles, she will be laying shortly. )
