Black australorp girl boy? Different breed? Help!

So I have 4 black australorps they are about 12 weeks old . One is a lot smaller than the others and has a big comb is this a rooster ? Or a different breed ? Helppp!

I see it now!! It looks like it’s just a male.

Male. Odd that it's smaller though. My Australorp boys are larger than their sisters.

That's definitely a cockerel, maybe just a runty one.

Yes I kind of figured he was a rooster . Just doubted my self when I took the pictures to my local feed store they thought he was a different breed . He is very skittish compared to my others and it’s hard to see in the pictures but he is about half the size of the others. He won’t free range like my others either he stays in the coop/run. He is a mystery to me so far lol
