Hello! This is my first time raising black australorps and I'm so excited about this breed! This is also my first time buying a straight run so I'm eager to determine gender. I know it's probably too early and my pictures aren't the greatest, but any guesses?? Thanks in advance!

Hi, welcome to BYC! I hope you can find everything you need! If not, I'm here to help!

B and E look kind of like roosters. I've never had black Austrolorps before, so I'm not familiar with that breed

Looks to be a pullet
Definitely cockeral!
Cockeral
I say pullet for now (give this one a couple of weeks to say for sure)
Cockeral
Pullet
Right now comb is the best indication, but not perfect. The saddle and hackle feathers are the best way to tell and they probably won't come in for a bit longer.
