Last Friday I found a hen that had been attacked, possibly by a hawk or raccoon. She had a lot of blood on the right side of her face, with a swollen and shut eye. I also found a wound on her back. I rinsed her wounds and cleaned some of the blood before applying vetericyn and put her indoors with food and water. I've continued to apply vetericyn twice a day and moved her into a separated outside hutch during the day so she could get sunlight before moving her back inside at night. Her eye is no longer swollen or shut and her behavior is more normal since she reacts to being picked up again.
I have a few concerns, those being her eating/drinking and a black lump that's formed in her eye socket.
I haven't noticed her drink or eat, though there is evidence she's done both a little. I've seen her scratch at the ground and peck at some food, but not actually eat anything. She's not interested in snacks either, but she did eat a little yogurt when I dipped her beak into some. I checked her crop last night and it wasn't full. Her poops have been perfectly normal until today; today it was yellow and a bit runny. However, all her poops have had some bits of seeds, so I think she's been eating a little. I've been marking the water level of her water and it's gone down a little bit a few times, but that might be due to her spilling it.
I also noticed today that she now has a black lump on her right eye. I can't tell if it's a scab or something else, so I included some photos if anyone else can identify it. I also have a photo of the wound in her back. It looks like it's healing healthy but if not please let me know.
Anyway those are my concerns: her appetite and her eye. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would appreciate it immensely.

I would clean out any dried blood in her eye with a QTip. Is the pupil cloudy or scratched? Flush with some saline or eye wash and apply some Terramycin eye ointment twice a day. For the other wounds clean or spray with wound spray or saline, and apply a dab of plain Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment 1-2 times a day. Look for any other wounds under wings and elsewhere. Is she getting around okay? I would keep offering water with some sugar or electrolytes, and try to get her to eat some moistened chicken feed and soft egg right up to her beak. She may not be able to see out of her right eye well.

Her eye is otherwise normal and she's been walking around fine.
Any advice for working around her eye? She flinches away when I try to apply terramycin and I don't want to have to grab her head.
