I've never hatched eggs from this breed before. Are the chicks sexable? Thanks for any comments :)

They are the same amount sexable as most other chicks:
you should be able to tell when the males start growing red combs & wattles, somewhere between 4 and 12 weeks. You an be positive when the males are showing male-specific feathering (long skinny saddle feathers on the back) and the females are laying eggs.

They can also be vent-sexed by specially trained people at a hatchery, or by DNA sexing from places like this: https://iqbirdtesting.com/

They cannot be sexed by the color of their down at hatch (not sexlinks, not autosexing)

They probably cannot be sexed by their wing feathers (not unless the breeder had a fast-feathering rooster with slow-feathering hens of this breed. Most people do not do this when breeding purebreds of any breed of chicken.)
